Defined by its open heart design that ticks captivatingly in the centre of the white dial, this Perrelet First Class Open Heart watch impresses with its 42.5mm brushed and polished stainless steel case that embraces the P-391 movement. The crisp and effortless to read dial is decorated with a grained décor and guilloche detailing along the outer rim while the sleek hands and indices bring a subtle sophistication to the piece. To complete the watch, a classic brown alligator leather strap is added alongside a stainless steel buckle.
