TAG Heuer Watch Formula 1 James Hunt Limited Edition CAZ1017.FC8212 

2016 marks the 40th anniversary of British motor racing legend James Hunt’s win of the Formula One World Championship, and to pay to tribute to the hero, TAG Heuer have released two limited edition Formula 1 watches. One of these models is this TAG Heuer Formula 1 James Hunt NATO watch which has been designed in partnership with the Estate of James Hunt and his son and fellow racer Freddie Hunt. 

Alongside the legend that inspired this watch, we expect this TAG Heuer Formula 1 James Hunt Limited Edition watch to go down in history.  The sporty chronograph showcases a stainless steel 43mm case that has been fine brushed and polished and engraved at the back to feature James Hunt’s signature and the limited edition number. The striking black sunray dial is decorated with three colourful vertical stripes honouring James Hunt’s school colours that were also on his victorious 1976 racing kit and helmet. To complete the timepiece, a black NATO strap is added that is also decorated with red, blue and yellow stripes to match the dial for a complete and comfortable finish.
